Shuvendu Bose

Shuvendu Bose is a seasoned professional in the energy industry, with extensive
experience in the development and implementation of energy projects and policy
formulations. He has worked in various roles in the energy sector, including engineering,
project management, Management Consulting, and strategic planning. In his current
role as senior advisor, energy transition in the Ministry of Energy in the UAE, Shuvendu is
assisting the Ministry for developing energy strategy, implementation roadmap and
associated sector reforms.

Prior to joining the Ministry of Energy, Shuvendu held leadership positions at Ernst &
Young, World bank Group, Masdar where he successfully oversaw the execution of
major energy projects. Starting with Mechanical engineering, he eventually ventured
into Energy management and Energy economics at higher education levels while
pursuing his academic goals
